myoncare is a digital health platform that enables efficient and needs-oriented patient care. Networking with the various actors throughout the healthcare sector via different microservices helps ensure the right amount of the right therapy, at the right time.

In order to use myoncare, you need the involvement of a physician, who will create a registration letter for you with a QR code and password. You also need a smartphone or Tablet, a running Internet connection and the operating system iOS (version 13 or higher) or Android (version 9 or higher).

As a patient, using myoncare is always free-of-charge.

To download the app, simply go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for the app myoncare. Then install it on your mobile phone. Your doctor will give you the registration details you need.

To scan the QR code, you must allow myoncare to access your smartphone camera. A window within the app will pop up. Please point your camera to the code in such a way that it is fully displayed within this window. If the QR code is not recognized instantly hold your phone a little closer to it.

We use a new technology providing superior data encryption and comprehensive protection against unauthorized access attempts.

myoncare is suitable for all patients who are looking for digital support in their recovery and health maintenance. Patients under the age of 18 must not use myoncare.

The fastes and easiest way to be notified of updates is through push notifications sent directly on your homescreen. To receive them you must activate “Receive messages” in your smartphone’s settings.

Normally your doctor will answer within a few hours. If you have waited longer or in case of an emergency please call your doctor’s landline or mobile phone.
