How does equity/licensing work?
Startups joining myon.vc gain access to the certified myoncare platform under a startup-adapted licensing model:
- Licensing: You use the platform under a flexible, deferred, or scaled license, meaning no upfront technology costs during early stages.
- Full Autonomy: You retain full control over your business, brand, and go-to-market strategy.
- Equity: In exchange for infrastructure access and support, myon.vc typically takes a minor equity stake, aligned with your company stage and intended usage.
Optional: You can also apply for capital funding in addition to infrastructure. Equity terms are adjusted based on the combined value of technology and capital provided.
How does data ownership, security, IP, and branding work?
- Branding: Startups use the platform white-labeled or under their own brand—users see your product, not ours.
