Rollout without replacing systems
myoncare connects to your existing PVS or KIS via HL7 and FHIR. Where an HL7 interface to the HIS exists, master data for new patients transfers automatically. Manual entry falls away.
Your team builds the care pathway once. myoncare guides patients through it and flags what cannot wait — as a Class IIa medical device, connected to the systems you already use.
myoncare supports your team and your patients across the whole care pathway.
Catch problems earlier: Caretasks and connected wearables capture symptoms and readings between visits. Cross a threshold you’ve defined, and the pathway branches on its own. The patient gets the right follow-up question, your team gets the alert.

Less to keep track of : Set up a pathway once, assign it to a patient. Education, questionnaires, reminders and follow-ups then run along the timeline by themselves.
One place for everything: History, readings, medication, results and documents in a single record. Each team member sees what their role allows; external partners see only their assigned cases.
No developers, no IT queue: Build content in the no-code editor, AI-assisted and reusable as a template. Once live, a pathway runs itself — your work is limited to the cases it flags.

The app guides your patients through the pathway your team built and continuously delivers the data you would otherwise wait for until the next appointment.
Onboarding without paperwork: Patients scan a QR code to register and connect with you. No manual data entry: by their next visit, they are on their pathway and their history is complete.
Your content actually lands: Questionnaires, education and progress sit on the myoncare home screen. Patients see exactly what your team assigned.
Eyes on patients between visits: Symptoms, readings and questionnaires arrive in real time, feed the health indicator and trigger an alert if thresholds are reached.
Better adherence, without chasing: Substance, dose and timing live in the app, with reminders at the times you set. You notice early when therapy slips.

Five stages over five months and not one extra appointment in between until one was genuinely needed.
Ms K., 58, type 2 diabetes, rural district with long journeys to the practice · illustrative journey, schematic representation
Onboarding by QR code during the consultation. The digital medical history is complete before Ms K. leaves the practice, and the diabetes care pathway is assigned.
Blood glucose and lifestyle check-ins, medication reminders and short education modules without a single trip to the practice.
The HbA1c trend crosses the threshold your team set. The system flags it the same day, ahead of the next quarterly appointment.
A short telemedicine assessment, and the treatment plan is adjusted. The routine questions had already been answered in the app.
The medication was adjusted early not at the next quarterly appointment. The whole course is fully documented.
Your patients check in regularly from home, so you stay with them between appointments, not only during them.
An answer that crosses your threshold alerts the team the same day. You step in before things escalate.
Reminders, education and quick replies keep patients on their therapy in everyday life.
From week 1 to month 4, this case ran on its own. Your team came back in at the point it actually needed them.
Four points that decide it in practice —
for IT, data protection and management.

Sites, departments, specialties and partner practices map to locations and satellites, with permissions assigned centrally by user role. External partners see only their own patients.
EU MDR Class IIa, FDA listing, GDPR and ISO/IEC, all in place and regularly audited. That speeds up procurement, and only a Class IIa device may support clinical decisions.
myoncare runs in several European markets and in the US, with new localisations added continuously. A second site, or another country, needs no second system.
From prevention to long-term care. In use in, among others:
The evidence your IT, data protection and procurement teams will ask to see.
Streamlined workflows and digital care processes can save your organization noticeable time and cost. On top of that comes the option to bill for additional services: in Germany, our billing components make additional reimbursement via GOÄ or IGeL possible, without affecting your existing revenue.

myoncare is a CE-marked health platform consisting of a web app & desktop app for careteams and a smartphone or web app for patients. Digital content can be created in the back end and then sent to patients in the smartphone app. From their dashboard, care teams can manage their patients, filter them by a range of criteria, track their health and communicate with them directly, by video call or chat.
With myoncare you can easily create digital care pathways that give your patients additional support along their health journey. myoncare can help to encourage compliance, identify risks and complications early, capture health data in a structured way, reduce uncertainty for patients and improve satisfaction. The dashboard gives you a clear overview of your patients, lets you filter them by a range of criteria and lets you interact with them directly by chat, video call or data transfer.
myoncare can support doctors and patients across all indications. The only exception is conditions that make using a smartphone impossible, and the use within critical care. Digital content can also be created to support patients taking medicines or using medical devices, or to provide insured members or employees with preventive content. The range of possibilities is very wide.
The content management system is the heart of myoncare. Using the CMS, content can be created easily, given automation rules and combined into care pathways. The CMS interface was deliberately designed to be intuitive, so that it can also be used easily by people without programming knowledge.
If you do not have the time or the inclination to create content yourself, you can refer your patients into an existing health program run by our distributor myon.clinic. This lets you offer your patients extensive digital support with minimal effort on your side. Alternatively, you can draw on the services of our content team, which can support you in creating your own content. Please get in touch for more information.
Classifying our platform as a Class IIa medical device brings a number of advantages, both for us as the manufacturer and for you as the user. For you it means added safety, because myoncare is developed and continuously improved in line with the latest quality and safety standards. This is assured by regular audits by TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH. Classification as a Class IIa medical device is also a basic prerequisite for digital health applications to be used for monitoring and diagnostic support. Successful Class IIa certification does, however, require considerable financial and staffing investment.
In Germany, the billing components of our distributor myon.clinic make additional reimbursement via GOÄ or IGeL possible. Billing runs automatically through our service providers, with no effort on your side; your existing revenue is unaffected. This is only possible through the use of a medical device certified to MDR Class IIa.
