The myoncare mobile platform (mobile app and Progressive Web App) provides users with secure access to their personal health information and enables communication with healthcare professionals. Patients can complete assigned Caretasks and Care Pathways, manage their medications, and view or attend scheduled appointments created by their healthcare team.
The myoncare mobile service supports standard accessibility features provided by the respective operating systems. This includes compatibility with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and system-level contrast and text size settings. Accessibility is continuously reviewed and improved as part of the ongoing development and quality assurance process.
ONCARE GmbH is committed to ensuring accessibility in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the corresponding Ordinance (BFSGV).
The myoncare mobile service largely meets the requirements of the BFSG. Its implementation is aligned with the standards of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformity levels A and AA.
This accessibility statement is based on a self-assessment conducted by ONCARE GmbH. The assessment included automated accessibility testing tools as well as manual testing using screen reader technologies.
The most recent evaluation was completed on November 25, 2025.
The following accessibility features are available across key areas of the myoncare mobile platform, including Login, Onboarding, Home, Caretasks, Medications, Settings, Careteam & Chat, and Appointments:
Despite continuous improvements, some accessibility limitations may still exist in individual areas of the application. This may particularly affect newly introduced features or integrated third-party components.
ONCARE GmbH is continuously working to identify and address such limitations as part of its ongoing accessibility improvement process.
